DCSS stands for Data Center Solutions and Services. Our tagline or mission is Encompassing Global “IT” Solutions. The past few years our business have branched into Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Such rapid footprint growth was achieved by our team of people who possesses unmatched experience in strategy, sales, customer experience, technical and product knowledge in the technology and computing industry. We continue to invest in our people because we believed in meeting and exceeding the expectation of our customers will promote customer retention and customer stickiness, in-short Loyalty. Our first customer is still with us today. Today, our technical or field engineer accounts for 70% of our staff in the Asia Pacific region. Currently, we are supporting over 5,000 systems (servers, storages, and networks) in the Asia Pacific region and covering enterprise customers across all industries via our partners.
